We can’t say enough about the excellence in customer service we received from Sara today. We called to inquire about a replacement bracket for our shade and the first pleasant surprise was an actual person answered the phone. It was Sara. Within a few minutes she located our original order, confirmed the part we needed, and assured us the company will be sending out a new bracket at no charge in just a few days we will receive. I bought my blinds from my lanai about 2 1/2 years ago. The price was great they came they fit perfectly. A few months ago I started to have a problem with one of the blinds not wanting to race. When I took it down and looked at it, the string had become all twisted in the top and eventual broke. I contacted Ashley at customer service, sent in a picture showing the problem, and within three hours I had received an email stating that the blind would be replaced! This company has the best customer service I have ever worked with. They contacted me after I placed 6 orders for the same blind not realizing I had to place order for the next size up.. Sarah was absolutely the best, The blind was exactly what I needed & matched perfectly with the blinds that have been up for 16 years. Ordered blinds and had to confirm because I thought my payment hadn’t gone through. Got Ryan on the phone who explained they have a system which prevents you from paying twice, which I apparently tried to do. Blinds are perfect. We had a laugh that we are all working from home. Excellent quality, manufacture, installation ease, fair pricing, and smooth order process. This is the second wave of wooden blinds (11 total) that we have ordered from them.
