First Rate Blind's 3% Solar Shades are the perfect sun screens to reduce glare, diffuse natural light, and maintain a view to the outside world. Since they block up to 97% of harmful UV rays, these solar shades will protect your flooring and furniture from fading. These shades will help you reduce energy costs by keeping your home cool and comfortable in the summer and warm and in the winter.

We offer eight neutral colors that will complement any décor. You also get to choose between a standard or reverse roll to optimize functionality. We also offer these shades with cordless and continuous cord loop lift systems. We include an elegant headrail, but you have the choice to upgrade to a cassette headrail to add more custom style.

• Shades will be manufactured with upgraded 1 3/8inch metal roller for all orders over 72 inches

• Factory deductions: Outside mount will have no deductions on the headrail but Fabric will be 1 1/8 inch narrower than ordered. Inside Mount will have 1/4 inch deduction off the headrail and the fabric will be 1 1/8 inch narrower.
• Optional exposed or fabric wrapped hem bar available.
• Motorized option comes with a rechargeable battery that needs to be charged every couple months depending on usage. To recharge you just plug the charger directly to the motor in the shade for 4 hours. 
• ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: Order the exact measurements of each window opening to the 1/8th of an inch. We will take a deduction for inside mounts to ensure a perfect fit. No deduction is taken for outside mounts.
